Dr. Felix is the owner and director of Professional Psychological Services. She is licensed as a psychologist in Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland. She is also a Certified Sex Offender Treatment provider (CSOTP) and qualified to provide adult and youth psychosexual evaluations, treatment, and consultation. Dr. Felix specializes in Competency to Stand Trial evaluations, Mental State at the Time of the Offense and Not Criminally Responsible evaluations, Fitness for Duty evaluations, Juvenile Transfer and Waiver evaluations, Psychosexual evaluations, and Psychological evaluations. She consults with attorneys, courts, and organizations, specializing in criminal, civil, employment, and family law matters.
Dr. Felix earned her doctorate degree from Argosy University/Washington DC campus. She attended an APA accredited internship at MercyFrist in Syosset, NY and relocated to the Washington DC metropolitan area in 2009. She has conducted numerous trainings and presentations including “Understanding and Managing Anger” for Parent Educational Advocacy Training Center (PEATC), “Psychology on Special Needs Family” for The Mary and Melissa Show, “Suicide Prevention” and “Mental Health” trainings for William G. Truesdale Adult Detention Center, “Comprehensive Approaches to Juvenile Sex Offender Treatment” for API Associates, Inc. and “Sexual Behaviors in Children and Adolescents” for INOVA Hospital. Dr. Felix is a member of American Psychological Association (APA), Coalition for Juvenile Justice (CJJ), Virginia Juvenile Justice Association (VJJA), Virginia Sex Offender Association (VSOTA), Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA), and National Association of Forensic Counselors (NAFC).
Dr. Laura Neely is a Licensed Psychologist in the States of Maryland, Virginia, and Florida. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She completed an APA accredited Predoctoral Internship at Saint Elizabeths Hospital in Washington, D.C. and a two-year Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD. Following this, Dr. Neely joined federal service and has supported the military community in various positions within the Department of Defense. Dr. Neely specializes in psychological evaluations and conducts comprehensive cognitive and emotional psychological testing.
Dr. Nicole Teske is a Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota, Virginia, Maryland, and holds an Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) granted by the PSYPACT Commission. She is also a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider (CSOTP). Dr. Teske earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Indiana State University in Terre Haute, IN. She completed her APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship at Appalachian Psychology in Gallipolis, OH where she gained expertise in the assessment and treatment of individuals in an out-patient setting, in-patient setting, and corrections through working at the county jail. Dr. Teske completed her post-doctoral fellowship at Professional Psychological Services providing individual therapy via telehealth and completing psychological, psychosexual, and competency to stand trial evaluations. Dr. Teske has experience providing therapeutic and evaluative services to adolescents and adults who are experiencing a range of social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
Ms. Rebstock is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University with a concentration in children and families of Hispanic descent. Ms. Rebstock has previously worked with children and adolescents in an in-patient psychiatric hospital setting and conducted psychiatric evaluations on identified patients in the Emergency Department at Children’s National in Washington D.C. In addition,she has experience in providing emotional support and counseling to mothers,postpartum, in the hospital setting. Ms. Rebstock specializes in providing individual therapy to children, adolescents and adults with a specialized concentration in depression, postpartum depression and anxiety.
Mr. Constant is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider (CSOTP) in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Puerto Rico and completed a Postmaster’s certification in Clinical Supervision at The University of Connecticut. Mr. Constant has practiced in the field of mental health therapy and counseling for 15 years. He provides services for adolescents, adults, and families with a wide range of emotional issues. Mr. Constant is fluent in Creole, French, Spanish and English.
Mr. Denton is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He received his Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College. He has been working in the mental health field for a decade and has worked in various settings including residential treatment facilities, in-home and community, and outpatient treatment providers. Mr. Denton utilizes an eclectic approach utilizing various evidenced based treatment modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Humanistic Therapy tailored to the client's individual needs and preferences. Mr. Denton specializes in providing counseling to youth and adults with focus on treating mood disorders, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, and substance use disorders. Mr. Denton is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and has numerous years of training and experience in treating individuals experiencing trauma.
Ms. Sorlyz Pagan is a Resident in Counseling in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She earned a Master’s Degree at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Ms. Pagan has experience providing therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing a wide range of emotional, social, and behavioral concerns. She is also a Registered Behavioral Therapist, Behavioral Analyst Certification Board. Ms. Pagan is fluent in Spanish.
Ms. Kanu graduated with a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Norfolk State University. She also obtained a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) license from the Virginia Board of Counseling. Ms. Kanu has experience dealing with individuals and families in challenging situations. Ms. Kanu's experience working with different populations has molded her into a better clinician. She has the ability to build a quick rapport with clients, counsel individuals and families, assess situations, and provide appropriate interventions for all clients. Ms. Kanu has a number of specialties including but not limited to: anger management, anxiety, depression, domestic abuse/violence, family conflict, life transitions, peer relationships, academic/educational issues, self-harming behaviors, abuse, and trauma.
Ms. Greta Christ is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Ms. Christ earned a Master’s Degree from Marymount University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master’s Degree from Marietta College in Psychology. Ms. Christ has experience providing therapeutic services to individuals facing concerns surrounding anxiety, depression, grief and loss, medical illness, aging, spirituality, interpersonal issues, and career transitions. She enjoys working alongside clients in their journey toward addressing specific goals and building skills. Ms. Christ is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the Northern Virginia Licensed Professional Counselors Association (NVLPC).
Mr. Tiffany Parkes-Moscova is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Resident (LCSW). She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Delaware State University and her Master’s degree of from Columbia University School of Social Work, located in New York City in 2011. Ms. Parkes-Moscova has over 17 years of experience in the field of mental health, specifically in substance abuse with adults, youth, adolescents, and families. She believes in a holistic approach to helping clients. Ms. Parkes-Moscova’s mission is to help her clients raise their self-awareness about their talents, abilities, gifts, and how they cope and reach to achieve their personal life goals as well as their professional goals. Ms. Parkes-Moscova’s therapeutic approach is a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a psychodynamic approach to support the whole person (biological, psychological, and sociological).
Ms. Braddy-Gadsden attends George Mason University with a major in Health Sciences and Nursing and a minor in Psychology. She is currently working towards becoming a Pediatric Nurse. Ms. Braddy-Gadsden earned a Certified Medical Assistance (CMA)certification and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification during her senior year of high school. As an active member in the Student Nurses Association (SNA), Ms.Braddy-Gadsden continues to dedicate her time helping others through various volunteer opportunities.
